Summer preserves is the topic of the third event in the 2012 workshop series. In this introductory workshop you will learn to make preserves featuring vegetables grown here in the Annapolis Valley. Recipes include sauerkraut, brined broccoli, and Japanese Nukka mixed vegetables. Participants will take home three jars of preserves and a copy of each recipe.
