Woody founded Red Wiggler Care Farm in 1996 with the goal of providing meaningful jobs and healthy food for people with intellectual and\/or developmental disabilities.\u00a0 Red Wiggler operates the second longest continuously running CSA in the state of MD.\u00a0 As founder, Woody has worn many hats from market farmer and tractor driver to development and fundraising.\u00a0 He brings decades of experience in supporting staff in mission-driven programming, securing funding, and working with boards on long-term sustainability.\u00a0 Woody provides expert peer-to-peer coaching and mentorship to Care Farmers in: nonprofit management, fundraising, board management, Care Farm start-up, and identification of needs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7639,"template":"","class_list":["post-220","team-member","type-team-member","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nWoody Woodroof -
