The discussion featured inspiring presentations from three leaders in the care farming movement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rebecca Sorensen of <a href=\"https:\/\/beautifulblawesome.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blawesome<\/a> (NC)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shelley Blades of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lynchburggrows.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lynchburg Grows<\/a> (VA)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Isabel Londono, Beth Karcher, and Danielle Moore of <a href=\"https:\/\/smilefarms.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Smiles Farm<\/a> (NY)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Each speaker shared a unique perspective on their care farm model, offering valuable insights into the operations, successes, and challenges they\u2019ve encountered in building inclusive and impactful farms.  Their approaches create opportunities for individuals with disabilities by combining  sustainable practices with personalized support, ensuring that everyone involved feels empowered and valued.
