Welcome to the 2019 Season

First signs of life in the garden! Asparagus spears planted last year are starting to peek out of the soil.

Spring is finally here! The Acadia Community Farm is excited to extend a warm welcome to another season of growing organic produce and hosting over 40 community gardeners.

It is not too late to sign-up to for a garden plot of your own, or be a volunteer for us! No prior experience is necessary, just a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.

Contact Sarah at Sarah@acadiafarm.org to sign-up or find out more information.

The Acadia Community Farm began in the spring of 2008 with the vision of providing local, organic produce to the dining hall at Acadia University, while also serving as a community garden. The Farm has grown to become an educational community centre for the exchange of knowledge surrounding gardening, food, and sustainable agriculture. Explore the site to find out more or stop by the Farm for a visit!
